Rotterdam Rave
Kick-Off '27
After a big weekend, returning to Ahoy is only logical. PROTOCOL takes over the night, Modular the day — both with a full Rotterdam Rave production.
Rotterdam Rave 'Kick-Off' 2027 kicks off a new year of raving at Ahoy with two separate shows: a night with PROTOCOL on Friday 19 February and a day party with Modular on Saturday 20 February. Two concepts, two line-ups, one weekend. Here is everything you need to know.
Two shows, one Kick-Off
Rotterdam Rave is a recurring event at Ahoy that opens the new party season every year. For 2027, the Kick-Off is split into two separate shows, each with its own line-up and atmosphere: 'By Night' x PROTOCOL on Friday night, and 'By Day' x Modular on Saturday afternoon. Both take place at Ahoy Rotterdam and are 18+.
By Night x PROTOCOL — line-up
PROTOCOL is KLOFAMA's concept, bringing a dark, raw techno night to Ahoy on Friday. The dress code is white. Doors open at 23:00 and close at 07:00.
By Day x Modular — line-up
On Saturday afternoon, Modular hosts a day party on Ahoy's RTM Stage, with a lighter, melodic sound to match the daylight. Doors open at 13:00 and close at 22:00.
Both shows take place at Rotterdam Ahoy, Ahoyweg 10, 3084 BD Rotterdam. Entry is 18+ for both events and valid ID is required. A white dress code applies to 'By Night'. Ahoy is easy to reach by metro (Zuidplein station), car and bike.
