Shipping policy

Tickets you buy via Garantix are delivered digitally only. There is no physical shipping. After successful payment you receive your ticket, including the associated QR code, by e-mail at the address you provided with your order. On average you receive your ticket within 1 hour of purchase. For some events delivery may take a little longer, because we first check every ticket for validity before it is sent. You will have your ticket at the latest 24 hours before the start of the event. If you have not received your ticket within this period, please contact us straight away via info@garantix.nl , so that we can resolve this for you before the event starts. When you receive your ticket, check that the details are correct (event name, date, venue) and let us know if anything differs.
