What Garantix is (and is not)
Garantix is an independent resale platform for event tickets (secondary market). We are not an official ticket seller and are not affiliated with organisers, artists, venues or primary sellers such as Ticketmaster. Names of events, artists and venues are used solely to identify the event. Prices on Garantix are resale prices and may be higher or lower than the original price.
Delivery
Every ticket is checked for validity before delivery. Tickets are delivered digitally; where the organiser supports this, via an official Ticketmaster transfer to the buyer's own Ticketmaster account, and otherwise by email. The buyer is in possession of the ticket no later than 24 hours before the start of the event.
All transactions are subject to our Terms and conditions, our Return and refund policy and our Privacy policy. For questions, complaints or support you can reach us using the details above; we usually respond within 24 hours and provide a substantive answer to complaints within 14 days.
